SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within two business days after they are placed. Orders ship from Atlanta, GA using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Select Ground, or UPS Ground. You will receive an email once a shipping label has been created that contains tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States (including our further away friends in Hawaii and Alaska). Buy enough shirts and we might start shipping internationally. :)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I cancel my order?

Having cold feet? If you’d like to cancel an order, email contact@section103.com as soon as you can and include your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it. If it’s already shipped, we can email you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us once it arrives. Then once we receive the items, we’ll process your return.

How do I return an item?

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. If you’d like to return an item, email contact@section103.com and include your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your full refund. Please don’t return items that have been worn or washed (trying it on is fine of course).

How do I make an exchange?

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or a different item, email contact@section103.com and include your order number, what you’d like to return, and what you’d like in exchange. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship the replacement item within two business days, and you’ll receive an email once the new item has shipped. Please don’t return items that have been worn or washed (trying it on is fine of course).

When will I get my refund?

We’ll process your refund once we receive your return, and you’ll get an email when we do. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your payment method.

GIFTS & GIFT CARDS

How do I send an order as a gift?

That’s so nice of you! The recipient is going to love you. In your cart, check the box that says “Is this a gift?” and write a gift message. The recipient will receive your message in their package but won’t see the price of the order.

How do your gift cards work?

If you want to get someone a really comfortable, well-designed gift but can’t decide between all the great options, send them a eGift card! Our gift cards are virtual. You can either enter the recipient's email at checkout or forward them the gift card when you receive it.

SIZING

Does your apparel fit true to size?

It depends on which item you’re talking about. See our size charts here, and if you’re not happy with your size, email contact@section103.com and we’ll be happy to exchange your size for free.

Our adult poly-cotton blend t-shirts fit true to size and are preshrunk. They are “retail cut,” meaning a little more fitted, so if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Our v-neck women's poly-cotton blend t-shirts and women's polyester performance t-shirts fit true to size and do not shrink. They are a relaxed fit.

Our triblend hoodies have more of a fitted cut, so unless you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend sizing up if you're on the fence.

Our athletic hoodies have have a very loose fit, so we recommend sizing down unless you prefer a loose fit.

Our polyester performance t-shirts, unisex crewneck sweatshirts, and youth poly-cotton blend t-shirts fit true to size and do not shrink.

Our youth t-shirts are preshrunk. They are a slim fit, so we recommend sizing up if you're on the fence.

Our youth hoodies fit true to size and do not shrink.

We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you’d like to stop receiving emails from us, scroll to the bottom of any of our emails and click either “Update your preferences” or “Unsubscribe from this list.”

How do your new product polls work?

For each school, we use product polls to determine which products to print before launching the school’s collection. Then we keep an ongoing poll for each school to direct which product will print next.
