Refund policy

We accept returns of unworn (trying it on is fine of course), unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. During the holiday season (Nov. 15–Dec. 25), we extend our return window to 45 days to make gift-giving easier.

We stand behind our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect within 60 days of delivery, we’ll replace it at no cost. Issues caused by normal wear and tear are not covered.

If you’d like to return an item, email contact@section103.com and include your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your full refund.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or a different item, email contact@section103.com and include your order number, what you’d like to return, and what you’d like in exchange. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship the replacement item within two business days, and you’ll receive an email once the new item has shipped.
